Effective date: October 30, 2026. These terms cover firststatebitcoin.net. firststatebitcoin.net is run by an independent community directory founded by Hen, a Delaware sole proprietor. By using the site you agree to them.

Listings

Listings are factual. We list a business only after confirming with the business itself that it accepts bitcoin, and the owner approves the listing. We do not publish opinions or reviews of businesses. Listings are free.

Information is provided as is and can change at any time. Please check with the shop before you pay.

Corrections and removal

Business owners can request a correction or removal anytime at [email protected], and we aim to update within 7 days.

No advice

Nothing on this site is financial, tax, legal or investment advice. We do not recommend buying, selling or holding bitcoin, and we make no predictions about its price. Talk to a qualified professional about your own situation.

We never hold your bitcoin

First State Bitcoin never holds, transfers, exchanges or processes bitcoin or money for anyone else. Payments go directly between you and the business, through that business's own payment provider. The only bitcoin we receive is voluntary tips sent to our own address. We never ask for keys, seed words, logins or funds. If anyone claiming to be us asks for them, do not share them.

Independence

We are not affiliated with, endorsed by or sponsored by Square, Block, Inc., BTC Map or any business listed. Trademarks belong to their owners.

Liability

To the extent the law allows, we are not responsible for any loss from using the site or from a transaction with a listed business.

Governing law. These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Delaware.

Age. You must be 18 or older, or use the site with a parent or guardian, to send us tips or listing requests.

Changes
